We want our customers to have a great shopping experience, but we do realize that from time to time, things can go wrong. We have made sure you can find information you need as quickly and easily as possible. In the event you do not find the answer you are looking for, then our Customer Care Team are on hand to help. Has my order been shipped yet? 
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by our SuperSlyde team and sent an email to confirm it is on the way. All our orders will be sent in discreet plain envelopes. As a general guide, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the time you order from our Singapore office. 
From there, it should be delivered within the timescale as advertised.  

I have received a faulty or incorrect item in my order
We want all our customers to receive top quality items, so if you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item,please contact us straight away and let our Customer Care team know.  (click thru) (
An item is missing from my order
Sometimes, we don’t send everything you have order at the same time, so please do check your dispatch emails to see if your items will be arriving separately. 
If your order has been sent separately, then the delivery note will only state which items should be in that part your order.

International delivery information
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both delivery destination and item is selected.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. 
We will not be responsible for meeting the shipping requirements of any individual country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for local rules and regulations. 

Customs information
Once the parcel reaches its destination, customs and import duties will apply. These charges will be paid by the recipient of the parcel and unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be as custom policies vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. 
How does the currency affect the charges?
Please do note that your purchase will be charged in Singapore Dollars. Currency exchange rates constantly fluctuate and will be charged according to transaction agreements between yourself, PayPal and your credit card company.

We understand that it is normal to change your mind, and we aim to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. 
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. All returns must be carried out within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
In the interests of hygiene and safety, products with the safety seal removed or damaged cannot be returned. 
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original sealed condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. 
Return postage and handling is at your own cost. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your packaging to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We will not be responsible for items that are returned to us in error.

So that you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition, and the return has been allocated to SuperSlyde. 
Any refund of the purchase amount will be automatically be refunded to the card used to make your purchase.
